Top Flite Financial, Inc.(NMLS #: 4181) is hiring a Junior Recruiter to help us find, attract, and hire mortgage professionals with a commitment to excellence. We are a national mortgage lender licensed in 42 states. We are seeking high-energy positive people in this role. You’ll be an important part of the recruitment process and use multiple candidate sourcing methods in your search. This role will place an emphasis on outbound call activity to schedule meetings with candidates. This role will be focused on creating initial activity and will report to our Retail Growth Manager.
*Mortgage experience is not necessary. TFF has one of the top recruiting teams in the country and training will be provided*
Job Duties
- Make a high volume of outbound phone calls.
- Initiate contact with candidates and document important information.
- Set scheduled appointments and co-ordinate schedule and calendars.
- Manage activity through a CRM.
Qualifications
- Proficient with CRM / applicant tracking systems, MS Office, and social media tools.
- Effort and desire are a must.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to cultivate and build relationships.
- High school diploma required - bachelor’s degree or equivalent desired.
- Experience making outbound phone calls.
