Key Responsibilities
- Lead the sales office, formulating operational policies and overseeing administrative tasks.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for the US market, driving measures to achieve sales targets.
- Negotiate and conclude contracts with new customers, initiating business relationships.
- Build relationships with existing customers, providing support to expand transactions.
- Recruit, train, and manage the performance of the sales team, setting clear goals.
- Identify business opportunities through regional market research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize the supply chain, including inventory control and logistics optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Business-level or higher English proficiency.
- Experience in the automotive parts industry.

- Ability to work in both Detroit and Richmond, IN, and travel domestically within the US.
