International food manufacturing company is currently seeking to hire an Import Sales to join the team! You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales team to drive company revenue.

Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA / Los Angeles area
Pay: $67K - $85K (DOE)
Status: Full-Time / Direct-Hire with Competitive Benefits
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities
- Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team
- Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
- Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
- Report on team and individual performance
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
- Build and form new partnerships with potential clients
Qualifications:
- Previous Sales background mandatory, strong negotiation skills and business/trade acumen.
- Working knowledge and sales experience in the perishable food categories
- Proficient computer skills in MS Office; Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, CRM systems a plus.
- Extensive travel up to 20% and the willingness to work a flexible schedule.
- Must have a valid driver’s license
