Japanese financial/insurance service corporation is seeking a Japanese Bilingual Customer Service Associate!
Location: Irvine, CA / Orange County area
Pay: $21.50 - $25.50/hour (DOE) plus benefits
Status: Full time/ Direct hire
Work Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:00-17:00 or shift work depending on availability, including weekends and holidays
* Hybrid Work Style with 2-3 days/week at office
Job Duty:
• Customer Service for Credit Card and Road Assistant Service Operation
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to emails, and ensure timely resolution of customer issues
• Address customer needs promptly, ensuring they leave the call happy and satisfied
Qualifications:
• Education: BA preferred
• Work Experience: Not required, but customer service experience is a plus
• Bilingual in English and Japanese (business level or above)
• Basic PC skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
