Major IT corporation is seeking a Japanese Bilingual Network Support Technician to join their team!

Location : Los Angeles, CA / Downtown Los Angeles area

Pay : $45K (DOE) OT and Bonus

Status : Full time / Direct hire with Full Benefits

Job Duties :

  • Tech support at 24 / 7 / 365 Network Operation Center
  • Troubleshooting system failures and identifying roadblocks in the network
  • Fixing problems in LAN infrastructure and testing and configuring software
  • Maintaining and repairing hardware including peripheral devices
  • Evaluating network performance to improve the network
  • Scheduling upgrades and maintenance without interrupting business workflow

Qualifications :

  • Candidates must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States
  • Must be bilingual in Japanese and in English
  • Basic PC Skills (Microsoft OS, Word, Excel, etc)
  • Shift position including night shift and weekends (rotation)
