IT/Infrastructure & 3D Design Software Support Duties
- Help Desk Duties (Level 1 Support)
- Receiving issues, identifying the cause, issuing tickets, processing problems, providing necessary responses to inquiries from local suppliers, etc.
- Problem Reporting Duties
Escalating issues to a major Japanese IT company, applying solutions received from Japan to the local team in the United States.Note: Specific applications at the assigned location will be handled as required.
Required Skills:
- Basic business skills and problem-solving ability
- Experience in design and engineering within the automotive manufacturing industry
- IT Help Desk experience (Level 1 Support)
- Experience using and maintaining the following 3D CAD/PLM software:
- (CATIA, Siemens NX, Solidworks, ARAS, 3DEXPERIENCE, TEAMCENTER, Smarteam, etc.)
- Experience using and maintaining the following infrastructure:
(Windows Client/Server, Microsoft AZURE, Amazon AWS, etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Office 365 core application
- Japanese language knowledge
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
