Position : Japanese bilingual PLM Engineering Specialist
Industry : Automotive / IT
Location : Marysville, OH
Status : Full-time / Direct-hire / Exempt
Working Style : Onsite
Working hour : 9 am - 6 pm
- Help Desk Duties (Level 1 Support)
- IT / Infrastructure & 3D Design Software Support Duties
- Receiving issues, identifying the cause, issuing tickets, processing problems, providing necessary responses to inquiries from local suppliers, etc.
- Escalating issues to a Japanese IT company, applying solutions from Japan to the local team in the US
- Specific applications at the assigned location will be handled as required
- Experience in design and engineering within the automotive manufacturing industry
- Help Desk experience (Level 1 Support)
- Experience using and maintaining the following 3D CAD / PLM software :
- CATIA, Siemens NX, Solidworks, ARAS, 3DEXPERIENCE, TEAMCENTER, Smarteam, etc.)
- Experience using and maintaining the following infrastructure :
- Windows Client / Server, Microsoft AZURE, Amazon AWS, etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Office 365 core applications
- Japanese languale skills (reading, writing, speaking)
