International trading company(food/beverage) seeking a Korean Bilingual HR Manager to join their team! You will be responsible for overseeing the HR operation of the corporation.
Position: HR Manager

Location: East Los Angeles area / Los Angeles County
Pay: up to $115K (DOE) plus benefits(health insurance, paid time off, commuting assistance, etc.)
Status: Full time/Direct hire
Job Duty:
・Oversees the daily workflow of the department and manages HR staff
・Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organization’s human resource compliance and strategy needs
・Oversees the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development
・Monitors and ensures the organization’s compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
・Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits, and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs
・Performs other duties as required
Qualifications:
・Bilingual in English and Korean(business level or above)
・Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
・Experience with ADP or other HRIS systems
・At least 3 years of Human Resource Management experience
・Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
