Home Office/ Remote position that requires approximately 50% of business trips to the territory and sometimes to Japan, and go to their office in Novi, MI once a while.
Must reside in either MI, OH or IL.
Travel requirement (approximately 50%) visit existing and new customers' (passport required)
West Coast Territory: WA, OR, CA, AZ
Ideally degree in business management with some engineering/technical background or relevant field Minimum five years of industrial automation experience in Sales / Technical support
Previous experience sales experience is a must
Experience with machine vision products and solutions - preferred Superior customer service skills
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
Some training opportunities may occur outside the America's willingness to travel overseas.
Spanish speaking is preferred but not required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Western Regional Sales Manager will manage sales activities within the West Coast including developing new and existing markets, providing up-to-date sales forecasts, managing existing customers, and achieving sales targets.
The successful candidate will be required to:
Be responsible for the West Coast Partner Sales- West Coast Territory
Manage and grow existing West Coast channel sales, Develop new accounts and OEM accounts Report and analyze the US sales in the West Coast Region Be the key driver in meeting the sales forecast.
Be responsible for effective sales management.
Achieve sales targets. Be the key driver in the development of existing / new key partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key high-profile customers and sales partners
Provide sales support at conferences and Exhibitions.
Provide timely accurate Sales / Forecast numbers.
Manage sales effectively through the CRM system.
Support and train the West Coast Distribution/Customer App/Sales team on the chosen portfolio.
Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
