Job Skills / Requirements

Must be DCJS Unarmed certified already, or meet the qualification to get certified for security services.  You may check the DCJS website for qualification to get a security license, https : / / www.dcjs.virginia.gov /

Immediate openings for unarmed and armed security officers. Don't have a DCJS security license, we can help you get it, while you work.  You may also qualify to move to armed positions and we would help get your certified.

• Monitor facility and property of assigned client
• Be professional at all times maintaining company expectations for customer service
• Adhere to the rules of Top Guard and any parameters defined by the assigned client
• Situational decision making; notifications to appropriate personnel if needed
• Write reports either on provided electronic device or on paper
• Make appropriate notifications to client’s assigned contact and Top Guard’s management

Requirements

Possibly higher pay rate if you are bi-lingual
