Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed construction documents to guide contractors in bidding and project execution.
- Develop both detailed and conceptual scale plans for structures, foundations, and buildings based on initial concepts, sketches, specifications, engineering calculations, and other relevant data.
- Manage all architectural phases from concept development through to punch list completion.
- Incorporate information from surveys, project documentation, and applicable codes into the design process.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants to ensure project success.
- Identify and actively engage in business development opportunities to drive growth.

Responsibilities
- Develop architectural designs and plans using advanced software tools such as Revit, Rhinoceros 3D, and 3ds Max.
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design standards.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for presentations and project documentation.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and negotiate project requirements effectively.
- Conduct construction estimating to provide accurate budget forecasts for projects.
- Perform site visits to assess project progress and compliance with design specifications.
- Utilize Grasshopper for parametric design solutions when necessary.
- Draft reports and proposals for project stakeholders, ensuring clarity in communication.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and technologies.
Experience
- Proven experience in architectural design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in architectural software including Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Rhinoceros 3D, 3ds Max, Bluebeam, and Grasshopper is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in sketching and drafting are essential for visualizing concepts effectively.
- Experience in construction estimating is preferred to ensure accurate budgeting on projects.
- Excellent communication skills are required to interact with clients, team members, and contractors efficiently.
