Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Low Voltage Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in telecommunication systems, cabling, and low voltage installations. This role is crucial for ensuring the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various low voltage systems including surveillance and communication networks.
Monday – Friday :: 8am to 5:00 pm, 1 hour lunch overtime as necessary
- ** Some weekend travel may be required
- ** MUST be willing to travel some alone / with a crew

Job Duties:
Work on a crew until fully trained
Pull wire for alarm, card access and camera systems
Install alarm devices, following guidelines & training
Install card access system devices
Install camera equipment
Depending on your assigned territory, you will provide services, repairs and technical maintenance or installation for ATM's, retail point of sale (POS) equipment, locksmithing, related PC and PC peripherals on customer premises.
Performing maintenance on ATMs (e.g., card reader, printer, reset and test devices, etc.). Electro mechanical repair.
- Performing basic installation functions (e.g., set up and test equipment, pulling cables, mounting devices, installing locks) -Performing technical fixes such as clearing paper jams, card jams, bill jams, etc.
- Inspecting products for correct operation and resolving noted issues and / or escalating according to established procedures -Prioritizing and planning service calls -Works within a team environment, completes all required paperwork, manages, and maintains service parts inventory -Contacting the customer with the estimated time of arrival -Working with customers to ensure satisfaction with service delivery and understanding of product functionality -Following key / alarm / combination control processes in assigned area of responsibility What is your goal?
