Efficiency Enhancement Manager
At Top Gun Staffing, Inc, we are seeking an experienced Efficiency Enhancement Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead efforts to improve manufacturing efficiency and productivity through process improvements and technology upgrades.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve manufacturing efficiency and productivity.
- Lead cross-functional teams to analyze and improve existing manufacturing processes.
- Develop and implement process improvements using lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Collaborate with production staff to understand current workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in efficiency enhancement.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in manufacturing management, preferably in efficiency enhancement.
- Strong understanding of lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
