Project Manager – Land Development (Pennsylvania)
We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to expand our Land Development practice in Pennsylvania (PA)!
Responsibilities:
The qualified individual will lead a Land Development team while building and managing relationships with key clients.
Leadership responsibilities include:
- Providing vision, business planning, and strategic direction
- Establishing goals and growth strategies
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Communicating openly and effectively with partners and team members
- Growing and leading a thriving land development practice

Qualifications:
- 7 years of relevant experience managing land development projects
- Extensive client contacts and relationships with local architects, developers, land use attorneys, planners, and landowners
- Strong technical skills in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Experience managing projects in Commercial, Residential, Healthcare (Hospitals), and K-12 sectors
- Business development and marketing experience, including writing proposals, defining scopes of work, and budgeting
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively at all levels of an organization
- Proven ability to manage, mentor, and lead staff effectively
- Experience presenting at Municipal, Board, and Team meetings
- Demonstrated ability to profitably manage land development projects
