Project Manager – Land Development (Pennsylvania)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to expand our Land Development practice in Pennsylvania (PA)!

Responsibilities:

The qualified individual will lead a Land Development team while building and managing relationships with key clients.

Leadership responsibilities include:

• Providing vision, business planning, and strategic direction
• Establishing goals and growth strategies
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Communicating openly and effectively with partners and team members
• Growing and leading a thriving land development practice

Qualifications:

• 7 years of relevant experience managing land development projects
• Extensive client contacts and relationships with local architects, developers, land use attorneys, planners, and landowners
• Strong technical skills in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Experience managing projects in Commercial, Residential, Healthcare (Hospitals), and K-12 sectors
• Business development and marketing experience, including writing proposals, defining scopes of work, and budgeting
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively at all levels of an organization
• Proven ability to manage, mentor, and lead staff effectively
• Experience presenting at Municipal, Board, and Team meetings
• Demonstrated ability to profitably manage land development projects
