We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to analyze, develop, and implement automated and non-automated solutions that optimize material flow and reduce operational costs. This role involves evaluating production processes, schedules, and methods to generate data-driven reports, providing leadership with insights for strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and refine manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Develop automation and robotics solutions to streamline operations.
- Analyze quality control procedures and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and industry standards.
- Review labor, material, and production costs to support budgeting and planning.
- Optimize workflow, equipment layout, and space utilization for peak performance.
- Oversee equipment maintenance and repairs to maintain operational continuity.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in CNC machining, robotics, and automated systems.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in automation technologies (Allen Bradley/Rockwell).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production goals.
- Knowledge of equipment procurement, installation, and maintenance.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Systems, or related Engineering field.
