We are seeking a Propulsion Engineer / Scientist who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. Whether you hold a BS, MS, or Ph.D., if you are excited to dive into testing, design, and system optimization, we want you to be part of our growing team.
Key Responsibilities :
Design & Analysis : Engage in the design, modeling, and simulation of propulsion systems, including engines, thrusters, and related components.
Testing & Validation : Take a direct role in hands-on testing and performance evaluation of propulsion systems, from ground tests to system integration.
System Integration : Work alongside a multi-disciplinary team to integrate propulsion systems into larger, complex platforms and systems.
Prototype Development : Build, modify, and troubleshoot physical prototypes, ensuring they meet strict performance and safety specifications.
Optimization : Analyze system performance and suggest adjustments to improve efficiency, reliability, and performance.
Innovation : Contribute to research and development initiatives aimed at pushing the limits of propulsion technologies.
Documentation & Reporting : Document test results, analysis, and design specifications, ensuring clear communication across departments.
Qualifications :
A BS, MS, or Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
Strong hands-on experience in propulsion system testing, integration, and optimization.
Proficiency in design and analysis tools for propulsion systems (CFD, FEA, wind tunnels, test rigs, etc.).
Solid knowledge of propulsion components, such as combustion chambers, turbines, and rocket engines.
Practical experience in working with prototypes and hands-on testing equipment.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset, eager to be involved in every aspect of system design and testing.
Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical data clearly.
