Position Overview

We are seeking highly skilled Maintenance Technicians and Supervisors with expertise in electrical systems, PLC programming, robotics, and mechanical troubleshooting to maintain and optimize our advanced manufacturing equipment. These off-shift roles are critical to keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Maintenance Technician :

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain complex electrical, PLC, robotic, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems in an automotive manufacturing setting.
Perform diagnostic work on robotic systems (e.g., ABB, Fanuc) and PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.).
Ensure minimal downtime by performing timely corrective and preventive maintenance.
Use advanced troubleshooting tools (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters, and thermal imaging cameras).
Document work performed and communicate critical updates to shift supervisors.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve equipment and production issues.

Maintenance Supervisor :

Lead and coordinate off-shift maintenance teams to ensure the efficient repair and maintenance of production equipment.

Prioritize, assign, and oversee tasks for Maintenance Technicians.

Train and develop team members in troubleshooting, electrical, PLC, and robotic systems.

Manage maintenance schedules to maximize equipment uptime and production output.

Collaborate with production leadership to address and resolve operational challenges.

Monitor KPIs (downtime, PM completion, etc.) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Maintenance Technician :

3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in automotive manufacturing .

Strong electrical, PLC, robotic, and mechanical troubleshooting skills.

Experience with robotics (e.g., Fanuc, ABB) and PLC programming (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens).

Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and mechanical diagrams.

Maintenance Supervisor :

5 years of experience in maintenance, including team leadership in a manufacturing environment.

Hands-on experience with electrical, mechanical, PLC, and robotic systems.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.

Demonstrated ability to develop and train maintenance teams.
