Preschool Learning Coordinator

Job Overview
We're looking for a caring and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to join our team! If you love working with little ones and creating a fun, safe, and engaging space for them to learn and grow, this could be the perfect fit. In this role, you'll help guide young children through their early learning experiences, using age-appropriate activities and lessons. Your goal? To support their growth, development, and readiness for the next steps in their education.

Duties

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote literacy education and other essential skills.
• Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
• Monitor and assess children's progress, providing individualized support as needed.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's development and classroom activities.
• Foster positive relationships with children, promoting social skills and emotional well-being.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and share best practices.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom space that reflects the interests of the children.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young children in a daycare or private school setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of child welfare practices and toddler care techniques.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff.
• Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching young learners.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.50 per hour
