Job Summary:
Top Lawn Pros, LLC is seeking a Call Center Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be able to provide support to customers by answering phone calls and emails and provide information about services. Additionally, the candidate will need to make outbound calls to prospective customers. The pay includes hourly, plus commissions.
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Some Saturdays as needed.
- No nights required.
- This is a full-time position.
- In Office. No remote work.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls and provide information about services, including pricing and schedule availability.
- Develop relationships with customers to help promote sales of services.
- Prepare quotes for new customers or follow up with current customers on quality of service.
- Receive orders for new services; prepare invoices for new services; enter order details into computer system, and communicate with vendors or other departments to ensure timely processing of service.
- Keep records of customer interactions, call center activities, call center success stories, problems, feedback, and other information that can help the company’s sales process.
- Perform Quality Assurance Calls.
- Schedule estimates and work orders.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience preferred. Knowledge of CRM software (Service AutoPilot) a plus.
- Previous experience with lawn and landscaping terminology a plus.

Pay: $14.00 per hour
