What are the responsibilities and job description for the House Cleaner / Housekeeper position at Top Level Cleaning LLC?

This is part-time work and flexible but we can discuss full-time if things go well.
You will be an independent contractor and be paid $25 - $30 per hour depending on experience. Plus tips.
*your first 1 or 2 cleans will be $20 per hour as we feel it out. Then increase to $25 - $30
As an independent contractor, we do not take taxes out of your pay.
Example: $25/hour means if you work 4 hours, you make $100 and are paid the same day or next day.
We will add gas compensation for that day if the drive is a bit far.
Therefore, you must have a car, phone, and cleaning supplies. Please do not apply unless you have these 3 things.
We market in Houston and all surrounding areas such as:
Downtown and North Houston, Cypress, Sugar Land, Pearland, Pasadena, River Oaks, etc etc
Our pay is higher than the industry standard so we ask that you already have cleaning experience.
Experience Examples:
Home Cleaner, Maid, Housekeeper, Janitor, Porter, Housecleaner, etc..
