Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Service Technician to join our team! As a Service Technician, you will provide excellent customer service with the main goal of customer retention. Responsibilities will include traveling to various customer locations, writing orders, delivering and stocking product, maintaining a clean working environment, completing all necessary paperwork and maintaining exceptional communication with our customers and staff. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service and a knowledge of industrial products.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service on all accounts.
Write weekly product orders based on low quantities and customer's needs and requests.
Stock and organize all product being delivered.
Maintain a clean working environment.
Maintain accurate and up to date paperwork.
Maintain open communication with customers and staff regarding accounts and products.
Drive safely to all serviceable customer locations, Top-Line vehicle provided.
Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections.
Assist in various warehouse duties as needed.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
CA Driver's license and clean driving record
Industrial product knowledge
Computer operation skills
Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively
