We Design, Supply and Install Commercial Playgrounds, Shade Structures and Pavilions. We have an established record of quality, innovation and excellent customer service in the commercial playground field. Our major customers are; Schools, Parks & Recreation, Municipalities, Church, HOA and Developers. We cover all Florida State. This position it is for our office in Deltona, FL.
GENERAL FUNCTION:
This position provides clerical and administrative support to the PROJECT COORDENATOR/ORDER ENTRY AND ESTIMATING . Position requires a working knowledge of business procedures to provide support during day-to-day estimates and quotes activities for outside sales representative and customers. On sold projects the task will place Order Entry /Purchase Order with Vendor, gathering paperwork for permitting, coordinate logistics with Equipment delivery and Installers.
The individual is expected to have strong office experience, research abilities, communication, and written skills. Construction acknowledgement is a plus.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
· Strong customer service orientation
· Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
· Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task
· Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
· Strong English and grammar skills
· Data entry
· Ability to work under pressure and within time constraints
· Performs necessary administrative functions such as filling, office organization, record keeping, report writing, and composing correspondence and establishes procedures for orderly operations.
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
· Assist Sales Rep for projects quotes
· Contact Vendors requesting cost
· Prepare quote to customer
· Organize projects cost file
· Enters contract data into contract database
· Checks for data accuracy in database and routes orders to applicable departments
· Maintains and reports all newly awarded orders in weekly Sales Intake Report
· Maintains lists, databases, forms and customer information
· Prepares and provides requested information and/or documents to internal and external customers
· Maintains quotes filing system and files all correspondence/documents into contract
. Place order with vendors - Purchase orders
. Work Request with Installers - Construction information
