Responsibilities :
- Manage complex calendar scheduling, including organizing appointments, meetings, and virtual conferences with precision and updates as necessary.
- Keep the CEO well-informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, ensuring proactive follow-up where needed.
- Handle and screen incoming calls for the CEO, ensuring timely message relay.
- Coordinate conference calls, internal meetings, and e-meetings, including logistical arrangements and minute-taking when required.
- Organize all aspects of internal and external meetings, guaranteeing executives are well-prepared and punctual with necessary documentation.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO
- Organize business travel and accommodation bookings for the CEO and Executives.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to compile meeting materials effectively.
