Budtender

DUTIES:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers based on their preferences and needs
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain inventory and stock shelves with products
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the sale of marijuana products
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dispensary

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred
- Knowledge of marijuana products and industry regulations is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in English, Spanish language skills are a plus
- Basic math skills for cash handling
