ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Guide customers through the home-buying process from start to finish.
Meet and exceed sales goals, driving revenue and profitability.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by building strong relationships.
Assess customer needs and assist in selecting the right home.
Work with lenders and management to secure financing solutions.
Collect deposits and finalize contracts with customers.

Follow up consistently with prospective buyers to close deals.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays as needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
✔ 2 years of experience in sales or business.
✔ High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
✔ Management experience is a plus.
✔ Bilingual skills are a PLUS.
