Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packaging Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient packaging of products in compliance with FDA regulations and CGMP standards. Utilizing your mechanical knowledge and skills daily to operate various machinery and tools essential for the packaging process. Pay is hourly and ranges $15 .
Duties
- Operate and maintain packaging machinery, ensuring all equipment is functioning properly.
- Assemble and fabricate packaging materials as per product specifications.
- Package products accurately and efficiently while adhering to quality control standards.
- Utilize hand tools and logic controllers to assist in the packaging process.
- Conduct regular inspections of packaged goods to ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the warehouse environment.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and resolve any operational issues.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Packaging Operator or in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with FDA regulations and CGMP practices is highly desirable.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Experience operating forklifts is a plus.
- Proficient in using hand tools and machinery related to packaging operations.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking abilities.
- Must be able to lift, move, and package products safely as required by the job.
