In order for our organization to prosper, we are aggressively seeking talented, enthusiastic individuals who are searching for an opportunity to quickly work their way from ENTRY-LEVEL into a position in MANAGEMENT, overseeing campaigns for our clients and managing a staff.
Our company strongly believes in developing our marketing representatives into the future leaders of our organization. Entry level marketing representatives can expect to have responsibilities in sales, marketing, and customer relations.
Entry Level (Step 1) Job Duties:
- Customer Service: Provide an in-store customer service presence for our clients. This includes answering any questions the consumer may have. Additionally, you will help them make an educated decision on their purchase.\
- Marketing: Learn and execute promotional marketing campaigns. A student mentality is needed because we often have quickly changing promotions.
- Sales: Execute sales campaigns—new client acquisitions and retention
- Management Development—At Step 2 in the Management Training Program you will start to develop & manage a team of 3-5 people.
