What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assembly - 2nd Shift position at Top Notch Personnel?
Follow all safety, environmental, quality and 5S rules, regulations and requirements.
Read and implement set-up sheets for clad assemblies.
Perform tasks such as metal cleaning, taping, drilling, sawing and hand grinding to assist other assembly technicians in construction of clad assemblies.
Inspect all equipment before use and perform operator maintenance when needed. Report any unsafe equipment conditions to Area Lead & Area Manager.
Monitor and ensure safe work habits and tool use in assigned areas. Ability to read and interpret documents and drawings such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to stand / walk at a workstation for an extended period of time.
Ability to use hands with continuous repetitive motion while picking up / gathering materials up to 50lbs.
