Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect, diagnose, and resolve drainage issues for residential and commercial customers.
- Use professional tools such as augers, drain snakes, and hydro-jetting equipment to clear blockages.
- Conduct routine maintenance to prevent future clogs in pipes and drainage systems.
- Accurately assess customer needs and provide solutions in a professional and friendly manner.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety during and after the job, leaving work areas spotless.
- Keep accurate records of services performed and provide clear communication with the office team.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures, maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in drain cleaning or plumbing is preferred but not required, training can be provided.
- Strong problem-solving skills with mechanical aptitude.
- Comfortable working with hand and power tools in various environments, including confined spaces.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Must be able to lift 100 pounds without assistance.
- Customer service-oriented, reliable, and dependable, with the ability to consistently meet the demands and expectations of the position.
- Capable of working effectively in all weather conditions.
- Must acquire essential tools, including a pipe wrench, Sawzall, pipe cutter, and channel locks, within 60 days of employment.
