Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable individual to kickstart our mornings and set the tone for the day. As a Morning Waitstaff Opener, you will play a key role in providing outstanding service to our early risers, ensuring that each guest feels welcomed and valued from the moment they enter.
Key Responsibilities:
Arrive punctually to prepare the dining area for service, ensuring a clean and inviting atmosphere.
Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Present menus and provide information on daily specials and offerings.
Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth flow of service.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization throughout the shift.
Assist with opening duties, including setting up the bar and preparing coffee and other beverages.
Work as part of a team to create a positive and engaging environment for both guests and staff.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a waitstaff or customer service role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for providing exceptional service.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
