We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken inside sales representative to join our sales team. The inside sales representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to close sales and meet targets.
Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads. Some calls will be cold calls.
- Previous experience to get past gate keeper to decision makers
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Follow-up with existing customers to generate repeat sales.
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
- Some outside sales / trade shows, etc required
- Able to speak with the customer to discover their issues and present a solution.
Inside Sales Representative Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED.
- Previous experience in an outbound call center or outbound sales position preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent phone and calling skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong listening skills.
- Motivated to achieve targets.
Company leads - Most leads are from people who have shown interest in our product.
KPI: Work all trade shows (company will pay travel expenses when out of central Florida (Tampa / Orlando)
Call minimum 80 prospects per day (9am to 5pm local time of prospects)
IDEAL CANDIDATE: Experience in the Asphalt or Concrete industry.
Salary : $40,000 - $80,000
