Top Provider is seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our fast-growing startup in Naples, FL. We help businesses by matching them with Top Providers of solutions, while helping Top Providers generate pre-screened and qualified B2B leads.
Our customers are providers purchasing high-quality leads on a monthly basis. As an Account Manager, your primary focus is to nurture existing customer relationships to not only retain your portfolio of accounts, but also increase revenue. You will act as their primary point of contact, working closely with internal teams to meet their needs and drive success.
Key responsibilities include conducting quarterly and annual business reviews to proactively address concerns, evaluate progress, and anticipate future needs. You’ll identify opportunities to increase both lead volume and bid amounts, the two primary drivers of revenue growth for your accounts.

What You Will Do:
- Retain and increase revenue across a portfolio of accounts (60 customers), targeting 20% growth over prior year through monthly lead cap expansion and bids.
- Monitor lead activity and metrics daily to ensure efficient and maximum lead distribution amongst customers.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of each customer's solution and unique selling points to ensure they are being matched with the best leads. You will also use this knowledge to identify additional areas of opportunity to offer leads in new categories.
- Onboard new customers post-sale, presenting best practices to succeed with leads.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer communication, building and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Conduct quarterly and semi-annual business review meetings with customers to discuss conversion rate, proactively address challenges, and identify opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between lead quality and customer expectations. Gather and relay actionable customer feedback to drive improvements.
Additional Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
