About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of our production, packaging, receiving, and shipping equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize equipment efficiency.
- Lead a team of maintenance personnel to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with other business functions.
- Monitor and analyze maintenance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to negotiate prices and services.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in CMMS software and other maintenance-related technologies.
