**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly experienced Industrial Operations Director to join our team at Top Quality Recruitment (TQR). As an Industrial Operations Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Daily supervision of personnel within the maintenance group, including staffing, performance management, development, coaching, training, and application of policies, programs, and procedures.
- Drive Continuous Improvement through a focused maintenance program designed to reduce downtime and ensure machine reliability.
- Responsible for all departmental purchases of spare parts, supplies, and materials required to operate the facility, as well as the creation and maintenance of vendor relationships.
- Maintain a clean shop and work areas, providing an injury-free work environment for maintenance staff and contractors, visitors through engagement, hazard analysis, training programs, and good work practices.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
- Minimum of ten years of experience in a high-volume operation with exposure to various manufacturing products and processes.
- Minimum of three years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Experience in project management is REQUIRED.
