Summary
The Lab Technician will be responsible for manufacturing, inspecting, and maintaining high-quality optical products.
Key Activities
- Lens Manufacturing : Operate and maintain lab equipment to grind, cut, and polish optical lenses to precise specifications.
- Quality Control : Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet required specifications and industry standards.
- Equipment Maintenance : Perform routine maintenance and calibration on lab equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Material Handling : Manage inventory of raw materials, tools, and finished products, ensuring proper labeling and storage.
- Compliance : Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve equipment or production issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Collaboration : Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
