**Key Responsibilities:**
- Maintenance Management: Oversee PVC conduit extrusion equipment maintenance operations to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to extend equipment life and improve reliability.
- Troubleshooting and Repairs: Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues with extrusion machinery promptly and effectively.
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor a team of maintenance technicians to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to perform their duties safely and efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Manage spare parts inventory to maintain critical components availability and accuracy of records.
- Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance equipment performance and reduce costs.
**Requirements:**
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment, preferably in PVC conduit extrusion.
- Skill Set: Strong knowledge of extrusion machinery, mechanical systems, electrical systems, pneumatic systems, and hydraulic systems; proven ability to lead and develop a team with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
