Summary
The Maintenance Manager will oversee routine maintenance and repairs of production machinery, including but not limited to machines, conveyors, and related equipment.
Key Activities
- Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure smooth production operations.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all production equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues in a timely manner to minimize production disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to lockout / tagout procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and equipment modifications.
- Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and spare parts, ensuring availability while minimizing excess stock.
- Order and procure necessary parts and tools, maintaining cost-effectiveness and timely availability.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and equipment upgrades to enhance production efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Lead, mentored, and managed the maintenance team.
