Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing customers in B2B in food, consumer products, pharma, and industrial and manufacturing sectors.
- Sell a diverse product mix, including Corrugated, Foam, Labels, Thermoforming, Packaging Materials, Direct Contact Packaging Films, Equipment, Jan-San, Chemicals, Retail.
- Lead programs to achieve program goals, driving long-term value and customer engagement.
- Provide consultative sales solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring value-driven partnerships.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and proposal development to closing deals and post-sale support.
- Work closely with internal teams (customer service, operations, and logistics) to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product innovations, and competitive landscape.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and customer retention objectives.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of B2B sales experience with a strong track record of success in industrial, packaging, manufacturing, equipment, automation, or distribution sales.
- Experience selling a diverse product mix within the packaging industry.
- Proven ability to prospect, develop leads, and close sales.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
