Plant Supervisor

As a senior manager, you will be responsible for overseeing performance management for direct reports and the entire site. Formulate and implement manufacturing strategies that align with company and local objectives.

Ensure good relations with salaried and bargaining unit employees, conducting regular meetings to ensure effective communication across the plant. Develop and review inventory control systems for bulk, package, and raw materials, planning timely delivery of raw materials.
