About the Role:
As a Packaging Sales Professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, and providing innovative packaging solutions to businesses in the region.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at customer sites.
- Promote and sell a diverse product mix, including Corrugated, Foam, Labels, Thermoforming, Packaging Materials, Direct Contact Packaging Films, Equipment, Jan-San, Chemicals, Retail.
- Collaborate with internal teams (customer service, operations, and logistics) to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product innovations, and competitive landscape.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and customer retention objectives.
Requirements:
- 5 years of B2B sales experience with a strong track record of success in industrial, packaging, manufacturing, equipment, automation, or distribution sales.
- Experience selling a diverse product mix within the packaging industry.
- Proven ability to prospect, develop leads, and close sales.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
