Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, mentoring and managing the sales team, and ensuring our customers receive top-notch service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure team compliance with company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
- Collaborate with management to identify growth opportunities and new market trends.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of roofing, siding, and gutter installation processes is a plus.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Self-driven with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Compensation:
- Base Salary: $60,000-$120,000
