What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Overseeing all field and office operations
- Hiring, training, and managing installation crews
- Ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and to spec
- Quoting jobs and managing estimates with accuracy and margin in mind
- Managing vendor relationships, ordering materials, and tracking inventory
- Maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and customer service
- Tracking KPIs and identifying areas for operational improvement
- Representing the company with professionalism and integrity—always
- Proven experience running crews and managing construction or trade work
- Strong leadership and communication skills—firm but fair
- Solid understanding of project management, budgeting, and scheduling
- Comfortable with technology (basic job costing, scheduling tools, etc.)
- Ability to prioritize, pivot, and keep calm under pressure
- A sense of ownership—someone who treats the business like it’s theirs
- Experience in fencing, landscaping, or general contracting
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- CDL or equipment experience
