Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Lead Plumbing Technician to join our growing team full-time. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex plumbing systems
- Must have remodel and carpentry experience
- Leadership experience or interest in mentoring junior technicians
Role Overview:
Your day starts by meeting with your team at our central location before heading out to a variety of service areas. Whether you're fixing a leaking pipe in a family home or leading a commercial project, you're responsible for ensuring everything runs smoothly. You excel at diagnosing issues, making repairs, and guiding junior technicians to complete jobs on time and with top-notch quality.
We offer a competitive pay range of $25-$45 per hour and great benefits, including a flexible schedule that works Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with opportunities for overtime and weekends).
