GET TO KNOW THE ROLE
As a Lead Plumbing Tech, you will be responsible for overseeing a variety of projects across residential and commercial sites. Your day starts at our Citrus Heights location, where you'll meet with your team and receive your assignments for the day. You will be tasked with diagnosing and repairing complex issues, ensuring all work meets industry standards and customer expectations.
In addition to performing technical tasks, you will lead and mentor junior technicians, providing guidance and support throughout each project. You will work closely with clients, ensuring effective communication and delivering high-quality service. Flexibility is a key part of the role, with opportunities for overtime and weekend work as needed. Your typical schedule will be Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.
