You’ve got at least 4 years in the trenches—handling insurance defense cases, managing clients, moving files without being babysat.
You know how to keep cases moving without chasing every nickel on your billable sheet.
You’ve taken depositions, argued motions, and know how to size up opposing counsel without needing a committee.
You’re confident enough to run your cases, but smart enough to ask when it counts.
