An award-winning and top-producing real estate team in the Bonita Springs (West of US-41)/North Naples area seeks an experienced full-time Real Estate Transaction Coordinator whose focus would primarily be in sales contract creation, managing sales contracts through the closing process (coordinating inspections, repairs, tracking deadlines, etc). and being the point person for resolving any issues that may arise in the closing process. THIS POSITION REQUIRES 1 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN THE REAL ESTATE FIELD AND IDEALLY 2-3 YEARS . THIS POSITION IS NOT AVAILABLE TO CANDIDATES WITHOUT THIS EXPERIENCE.
Compensation will be $85,000-$95,000, depending on experience, (a combination of a primary salary with bonuses also paid). Eligible for a 401K contribution plan after 2 years of service. Also eligible for 3 weeks paid time off after one year.
The ideal candidate will be a positive and friendly professional who enjoys a fast pace, variation in their day to day (may be out at an inspection, then go to the office to write a contract/work on closings, then go over to an appraisal, etc.), is extremely diligent with deadline tracking, loves interaction with clients and other realtors, is comfortable with a certain amount of independence in their role (especially after initially acclimating/training), and will be flexible to the always evolving needs of the real estate industry.
