Confident in your technical capabilities and leadership abilities, willing to continue learning new technologies as mission needs morph, and desire to work in Colorado Springs, CO to work side-by-side with government counterparts on small agile teams to ensure our countries' space assets are safe & effective.
You will
Support the US Space Force in developing, deploying, and sustaining the Operational Test and Training Infrastructure for the Space Systems Command, Space Domain Awareness and Combat Power Directorate's system program office. Provide expert support to the Program Manager and Senior Space Force Leadership regarding acquisition strategies, contracting, budgeting, and execution. Coordinate and interact with stakeholders including Program Managers, Contracting Officers, System Engineers, and external organizations.
You have
- Experience with Department of Defense program acquisition processes and documentation.
- Knowledge of DoD Financial Management and Program Execution processes
- Knowledge of DoD contracting processes
- Desired - Experience in DoD system test, training, and operations
- Desired - Space-domain experience
- Demonstrated ability to effectively influence Decision makers.
- TS / SCI Clearance Eligible
- The ideal candidate would have 10-15 years' Experience.
