Basic Qualifications Requires a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 10 years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 8 years of job-related experience. Agile experience preferred.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS : Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Top Secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire.] Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
Responsibilities For This Position ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES :
- This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus up to $20,000 for New Hires Only

We are seeking a highly skilled Military Radio Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the design, development, and implementation of advanced military communication systems. This role requires a deep understanding of military radio architecture, RF technologies, and secure communications to support mission-critical operations. As a senior systems architect for our Tactical Radio team, you'll lead a cross functional team responsible for envisioning and realizing the next generation of tactical radios for the US Armed Forces.
