Description The Leidos team has an opening for a Configuration Manager to work on a cloud integration and sustainment program that is involved in the deployment and maintenance of multiple operational cloud deployed Aeronautical solutions. A successful candidate will have experience with Agile methodologies as well as the ability to participate in release planning events, daily scrums, and other technical discussions as needed. This role will support all activities owned by the CM team including documentation, software management, architecture diagrams, cloud cost control methodologies and reporting, and other projects while requiring significant collaboration with other teams, program management, and customer stakeholders.
Primary Responsibilities
- Understanding of the requirements gathering process and how to onboard new customers or functionality.
- Work with customer teams to acquire, track and manage software.
- Review deployments for each Sprint with a focus on newly implemented features.
- Aid in the creation of documentation and processes to increase the quality of the systems in a repeatable manner.
- Review customer feedback and update documents / checklists to ensure errors are not repeated.
- Update systems engineering artifacts including but not limited to : ConOps, Requirements Analysis, User Guides, and System View & Architecture Diagrams
- Development and maintenance of program architectural diagrams
- Ability to monitor and manage cloud costs across several environments and dozens of systems.
- Proactive self-starter demonstrating a positive, willing attitude and excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Organizational Skills : Can plan and prioritize work. Follows tasks to their logical conclusion and makes sure that everything has been done to the right standard. Good attention to detail.
- Communications : Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently to team members and clients, verbally and in writing. Able to present ideas in a variety of ways depending upon audience and context.

Pay Range Pay Range $87,100.00 - $157,450.00
The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
Salary : $87,100 - $157,450
