Program Manager SME
Location - Primarily Remote but will need to go onsite at the CJIS facility (Clarksburg, WV) for meetings and to receive GFE.
We Are Searching For a Subject Matter Expert With Significant Experience With Solution Architecture For Multi-system Projects Including Defining Network, Computing, Storage, And Software Solutions
Will be required to analyze complex asset management issues, conduct research, and prepare an analysis of alternatives of those solutions.
Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation to determine how to accomplish tasks.
Will often operate independently with appreciable latitude to develop methodology and present solutions to problems.
Contribute to deliverables and performance metrics as applicable.
In This Role You Will
Provides expertise with commercially available software and hardware requirements applied to Enterprise-level Agreements (EAs)
Track and maintain EA inventory levels and monitors consumption
Collaborate with stakeholder and other internal governance teams, applying respective EA terms and conditions for compliance to establish requirements and budgetary impact; provides reporting (e.g., dashboards) for several levels of Management.
Adherence to EAs terms and conditions compliance as they pertain to the government's software and hardware asset requirements, procurement, usage monitoring, and reporting.
Common technical knowledge of commercially available hardware and software products, including but not limited to : IBM, Microsoft, VMWare, Cisco, Oracle, Oracle Java, Atlassian, Informatica, and ESRI.
Hardware and software asset management tools and technologies, including but not limited to on-premises automated asset tracking tools and cloud-based license management services (e.g., AWS License Manager).
Performing, analyzing, reporting, and presenting market research for on-premises and cloud-based tools and technologies.
Analysis and visualization of organizational data to inform and equip stakeholders to make actionable business decisions.
Experience with MS Excel, MS Word, MS Access, MS PowerPoint, MS SharePoint development, MS Visual Basic, and MS Power BI.
Development and maintenance of visual dashboards.
Use and administration of Issue and Project Tracking tools such as Atlassian Jira, Gitlab, etc
Required
BS Degree - preferably in Computer Science or other IT related field
6 Years of progressive experience in solutions development, preferably in :
